HOW SPRINTQUIP IS RESPONDING


Dear Valued Customer,

We would like to assure you that, in response to the growing concerns around the spread of COVID-19, we have been working diligently to support our customers' operations as the industry adapts to the new policies and public health advice for what are definitely unprecedented times.

SprintQuip is classified as an essential service due to supporting critical infrastructures such as banks, supermarkets, and CIT providers. While adhering to Government guidelines and strict safety protocols, SprintQuip will continue business as usual, redirecting all of our resources to supporting the essential businesses that will keep serving the public during the pandemic.

As such, we have proactively activated our Business Continuity Plan and a comprehensive Pandemic Response Plan (PRP) that will ensure we can continue to deliver high levels of service consistently until the pandemic subsides and business as usual resumes.

Social distancing and social responsibility are the two key drivers of our response strategy that will guide our staff in every aspect of their demeanour both in and outside our offices.

  1. All of our state offices have now implemented a work-from-home policy for employees whose attendance is not strictly necessary;
  2. Workspaces in our warehouses have been rearranged to allow distancing between employees. Facemasks, gloves and antibacterial gel stations have been provided, with coffee and lunch breaks being rostered to avoid close contact between employees.
  3. Training and personal protective equipment (PPE) has been provided to ensure our technicians follow strict prevention policies when visiting customer sites, interacting with staff and servicing machines;
  4. All customer meetings are now conducted online or on the phone;
  5. Full product demonstrations and training sessions will also be available via video conferencing shortly. Advance booking will be required, so please contact your local sales representative or our Helpdesk to schedule your session.
Our partners in the cash handling industry are reporting a high demand in cash by the public, which is expected in a time of crisis. For this reason, we feel it’s important to assure you that we are currently running at full capacity and we will continue to support your operation throughout this situation by operating strictly to our PRP, adhering to health authority guidelines and ensuring we have the appropriate infrastructure in place.
Our service and helpdesk support availability and hours remain unchanged.
